1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vipyes ("vipyes", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the vipyes website located at vipyes.bet and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, promotional programmes, and customer support services.

By accessing the vipyes website, creating a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the vipyes platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the vipyes platform immediately and close your account.

• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended vipyes account. Each individual is permitted one account only.

• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with vipyes or any other affiliated platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on vipyes is governed by the rules of the individual game or betting market, as supplied by the relevant game provider or sports data feed. By placing a bet or participating in any game on vipyes, you accept the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. vipyes reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system or data feed error.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Network latency is a known risk of in-play betting and vipyes is not liable for delays between your internet connection and our servers.
• Bets placed on cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC fixtures, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or suspended matches are settled in line with specific market rules displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. vipyes reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at its sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the vipyes platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using vipyes for any fraudulent purpose, including money laundering, structuring of transactions, or processing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one vipyes account, whether in your own name or using false or borrowed identity information.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity documents, payment methods, or personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on vipyes.
• Cheating & software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent the normal operation of vipyes games or systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to vipyes. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in account closure and recovery proceedings.
• Hacking and interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the vipyes platform, its databases, or server infrastructure.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward vipyes staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Exploiting errors: Knowingly exploiting a technical error, software glitch, or miscalculated odds to place bets or make transactions that you are aware do not reflect the intended operation of the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

vipyes reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious policy violation, vipyes may freeze the account balance pending investigation.

You may request to close your vipyes account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming a problem may request self-exclusion from vipyes. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to 5 years.
